The "REMS Unimat 75" thread cutting machine is a semi-automatic high-performance machine for the efficient cutting of bolt and pipe threads. Working principle: stationary material - rotating head, manual, self-centering vice, pole-changing motor, automatic lubrication cooling, drive via robust planetary gear, right + left running, thread cutting head for chaser cutting jaws. According to the previous owner, the chaser cutting jaws can be regrinded. Enclosed is a 2 x 1 m floor tray which is placed under the machine with 2 grids. The year of construction is estimated. The machine was overhauled by Rems in around 2015 and was hardly used after that because the external threads were produced on other machines.
